Antilepto's environment was hugely inspired of Manila's infamous España Boulevard. This environment features the fork intersection of Lerma, España, and Nicanor Reyes Street where FEU Manila and FEU Institute of Technology is standing tall. In this real world version, the environment is seen to be somehow still manageable, but there are hints of inefficient waste management, manifested by the flood and mud puddle build up.

This is the same environment with the real world España. However, this is where Enrico ends up on his sweaty dreams, where everything seems to be hopeless. In this decaying environment, Enrico has to fight for his life and find the only doctor that could kill him. This Dystopian España massively shows what our world can become if we continue the practice of waste mismanagement.

The stone seats, the pillars, and that RFID scanner. This is the lobby of FEU Institute of Technology. As Enrico reaches this place, his life may already be at a critical phase. On this decaying building, would he be able to see a saving light, or will he be eaten alive by the darkness of his illness?

Upon arriving in this Dystopian City, Enrico has to do his best to save himself. The very first thing he must be able to do is to find a shelter that could protect him from the dangers of the outside. However, reaching this hideout is not that easy as it requires perseverance.

Someone as bright as Enrico will never lose hope despite his illness. This is why he took the risk of finding a drugstore where he could gain some of the items he would need for survival. However, luck will never be at Enrico's side on this sickly dream. He would encounter struggles, and if he is observant enough, these obstacles would be a piece of cake for him.
