Assets and environment are well made.

The story has substance, and the gameplay complements the story well.

It's very easy to get lost when playing, the lack of indicators or directions, with all the visual elements in the game greatly reduces the visibility of walkable paths.

Camera sensitivity is a bit too low, making spanning slower for those without mouse sensitivity controls.

For matching the symptoms to their names, a clearer indicator of whats currently selected can better communicate feedback and clarity.

Changing the FOV of the camera can better communicate the speed of the player when sprinting.
